Rimini Golf Club
Located in the green Valmarecchia park, with beautiful views of San Marino, Verucchio, Torriana and Mount Carpegna in the background, this magnificent course is only a few kilometres from Rimini and its international airport. With its 18 Championship holes, plus 7 executive holes for beginners, the Rimini Golf Club is a very attractive facility indeed. The green, designed by Brian M. Silva features gently undulating fairways, with bunkers and numerous small lakes with water effects. At the Rimini Golf Club, beginners will find Enrico ready to teach them the first secrets of a perfect swing.
Bologna Golf Club
One of Italy's historical courses, built in 1959 and designed by Cotton & Harris, it stands on a very attractive hill with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. In recent years, this regularly updated course has several times hosted the Italian Amateur Championships, besides numerous high-ranking professional competitions.The sober and elegant Club House, perfectly inserted in the surrounding environment, is the ideal place to enjoy the refined dishes offered by the "Ristorante del Circolo", considered among the best 10 Italian Club restaurants.
La Torre di Riolo Terme Golf Club
The course stretches for 6,480 metres, par 72, and is located in the fascinating Sillaro Valley, with its very mild and healthy microclimate, close to the renowned Spa facility. This is a newly-built installation, designed by Architect Ivano Serrantoni. It provides a range of amenities and an excellent restaurant offering delicious dishes made with local ingredients. The course, which proves very long for professionals, is extremely enjoyable for amateurs.
Argenta Golf Club
Half way between Ferrara and Ravenna, just 40 minutes from the sea, stretches this attractive course surrounded by the Po Delta park, close to the Argenta - Valle Santa nature reserve. The course is designed to follow the banks of the rivers. Water hazards, low dunes with bushes, very few trees, lots of autochthonous woods and 6 raised tees are its main features.
Adriatic Golf Club Cervia
Amid unspoilt pinewoods, salt marshes, in extremely beautiful natural surroundings, just a short walk from the sea, this 18-hole course stretches for 6,246 metres.The first 9 holes along the pinewood have been built like classic Scottish links, while the other nine, surrounded by water hazards, were inspired by the great US courses.
Le Fonti Golf Club
Surrounded by the suggestive chalk vein and the green hills of the Apennines of Tuscany-Romagna, this modern course stretches over more than 200 hectares of unspoilt countryside. This is a very technical course: holes on the flat that alternate with often quite steep gradients, to test the precision and power of the player. To make the game even more exciting: small lakes, bunkers and an unexpected hazard, a ravine, a typical geological feature of this area.
